Cross-border transfer service terms

Service scope

We arrange private cross-border transfers, airport pickup, and charter journeys from Hong Kong International Airport to Shenzhen and selected Greater Bay Area destinations. Availability for a particular destination, vehicle, or time is subject to confirmation.

Quotes and bookings

• Quotes may take into account vehicle type, passengers, luggage, date, time, destination, border crossing, and operating conditions.
• A booking is confirmed only after we confirm the transfer details, price, and any payment or deposit conditions in writing.
• A change to the itinerary, passenger count, luggage, flight, or destination may require a new quote.
• Any additional charge should be explained before it is incurred where reasonably possible; if that is not possible, the driver or dispatch team will contact you as soon as practical.

Passenger responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete flight, contact, passenger, luggage, and destination information.
• Carry valid travel documents, visas, permits, and entry materials, and follow Hong Kong, Mainland China, and border requirements.
• Arrive at the agreed meeting point on time, stay reachable, and follow reasonable safety, seating, and luggage instructions.
• Do not smoke, carry prohibited items, or engage in conduct that could endanger the driver, passengers, vehicle, or others.

Border, route, and arrival time

A cross-border transfer must follow the applicable border and immigration procedures. We can help with practical planning but cannot make decisions for customs, immigration, or other authorities, and cannot guarantee clearance time. Journey time varies with flight arrival, clearance, traffic, weather, and destination.

Vehicle and safety

We aim to provide the confirmed vehicle. If a breakdown, dispatch issue, or safety concern requires a change, we may arrange a comparable or suitable alternative and notify you as soon as practical. Passengers should use seat belts as required and keep personal belongings secure.

Payment, cancellation, and liability

Payment, deposit, cancellation, change, and refund terms are those confirmed at booking. We may not be responsible for losses caused by incomplete passenger information, document problems, late arrival, no-show, or a breach of these terms. For delays or non-performance caused by traffic, border, weather, airport, or other external conditions, we will provide reasonable assistance with a change or alternative where possible. Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
