• To answer enquiries, prepare quotes, and confirm the vehicle, meeting point, and timing.
• To arrange pickup using your flight number and respond to delays or itinerary changes.
• To share the information needed to deliver the service with drivers, dispatch staff, or transfer partners.
• To handle service issues, payment or dispute records, and improve the service where permitted by law.
• We do not use trip details for unrelated marketing unless you ask us to or separately agree.

Who may receive it?

Necessary information may be shared with the driver, dispatch staff, vehicle or cross-border service partners, and communication services such as WhatsApp that you choose to use. We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose information where required or permitted by law, airport, border, or safety requirements.

Retention and security

We keep relevant information for as long as needed to handle an enquiry, complete a booking, maintain records, or resolve a dispute, then delete, anonymise, or retain it as required by operations and applicable law. We take reasonable steps to restrict unauthorised access, but no internet or third-party messaging service can guarantee absolute security. Please do not send passport numbers, payment passwords, or unnecessary sensitive information through WhatsApp.

Your choices and requests

You may decline to provide information that is not necessary, but without the date, flight number, destination, or contact details we may not be able to quote or arrange a transfer. You may contact us by WhatsApp or phone to ask to access or correct information about you, or to ask how it is used. We may need to verify the requester’s identity first.
